Hiyoshi Taisha shrine is one of the biggest shrine.
"Hiyoshi" means the place where it is and also means "Hibi yoshi".
"Hibi" is every day and "yoshi" is good.
People living around here or have religious devotion come and pray here to make their good days.

Happy new year!!

I went to Shimonoseki(Yamaguchi pref) in Dec.
I spend last day of 2013 and 1st day of 2014 in Fujimi(Nagano pref) with friends and I went to Himeji(Hyogo pref) to meet my relatives, and I also went to Okayama.
The biginning of this year, I ate many Omochi and drunk much japanese sake.

I mean it was the  new year biginning.
